● Coordinated scientific interviews and site visits for a three-week field study on Galamsey and small-scale mining at Gold Fields Ghana operations.
● Communicated the company's corporate social responsibility initiatives and projects to the stakeholder and external communities as a whole.
● Conducted weekly monitoring of Gold Fields Ghana Limited Agribusiness projects, including assessing, and documenting activities against sustainability metrics in Microsoft Access. The work helped in increasing the program beneficiaries from 119 to 598.
● Conducted community needs assessments to better understand the stakeholder communities which helped in planning initiatives and strategies specific to their needs.
● Successfully developed and implemented community development strategies and procedures aimed at addressing the developmental needs of the stakeholder communities.
● Engaged with stakeholders and external communities as a whole in identifying their problems and finding sustainable solutions to them.
● Active member of the company's Green Environment Campaign Training Team.
● Organized and performed leadership roles in meetings with Municipal Assembly representatives, Unit Committee members and all stakeholders involved in discussing and addressing the developmental needs of the stakeholder communities. This helped in the initiation and completion of many developmental programs within the stakeholder communities.
