Sr. Instructional Designer and Content Consultant (Contract) - Worked as the lead content developer and instructional designer for this leading commercial insurance company. Aligned with various departments and subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop content strategies and build materials, messaging and scripts for various projects, including eLearning modules, videos and various written materials for learning projects and initiatives. Responsible for working with an outside vendor to develop and build an app used at a learning summit, which included event and speaker info, engagement events, and activities to encourage both learning and team building.
