Develop solutions for both public and private work spaces on SharePoint 2013 and 2016 while maintaining 2007 portal. Improve efficiencies of the Army LRC IT staff to support 270+ NIPRNet systems by replacing an antiquated IT trouble ticket process with custom SharePoint solution. System provided greater accountability of the IT staff allowing management to better utilize personnel resources resulting in higher customer satisfaction.
