Personal Profile:
All my experience is around electronics manufacturing and prototype. Troubleshooting processes and problems with the help of data collecting QMS, SPC, DOE, IPC and circuit board design guidelines. Also help on a daily basis with suppliers, business customers, program engineers and design engineers to improve product and process. I take part in equipment evaluation and justification for acceptance; I play a big part in writing and training of all processes.
My communication skills are very high and I’m considered an excellent team player with my group. I was process owner at Elmgrove plant (CBA) working as a Process Engineer with 12 different processes that I was responsible for. “One success story as process owner for the wave solder we had a DPMO of 1100 at the end of 1997. When I took the responsibility at the end of 1997 by December 1998 we ended with DPMO of 23 and a cost savings of $18,000 year.
