I reported to and remained at the assigned residence, unless directed otherwise by supervisor. Assume responsibility for safety in the residence and security of the residence.
Assist clients if needs arise during the shift. Call designated emergency or support personnel if/when warranted.
Follow agency safety policies and procedures.
Employ crisis management and de-escalation techniques according to agency policy and guidelines.
Document all incidents, issues or safety concerns during the shift and communicate to supervisor.
