The Primary object of PFSOR Overlay project is to provide onetime transmission of loan and contract level data from Freddie Mac to Common Securitization platform (CSP).

Single Security project is joint initiative for Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae under the directive of FHFA, to develop a single mortgage backed security that will be issued by the enterprise to finance fixed rate mortgage loans backed by one to four-unit single family properties.

Legacy Remediation Initiative to help address our outdated hardware and software infrastructure which puts us at operational Risk. As a part of the initiative we support the project as system Integrator which mainly consists of middle ware platforms like java, Apache, Web Logic, DB2 and Oracle upgrade and build application sustainability, infrastructure sustainability.
