Progressive experience in all facets of commercial, retail, and residential real estate development. Recent 16-year position as Director of Construction for Continental Development Corporation in El Segundo, California (www.continentaldevelopment.com). Coordinated the development and expansion of the company portfolio as well as joint venture projects with Torrance Memorial Hospital.

WORK EXPERIENCE
Ground up construction of a 75,000 square foot, three story, Class A medical office facility for Torrance Memorial Hospital.
Ground up construction of four multi-tenant retail pads with an average of 20,000 square feet of finished product.
Partial demolition of a 155,000 square foot industrial building that was converted to a Class A office facility for Kinecta Federal Credit Union.
Construction Management of 20+ commercial retail buildouts including Eddie V’s, Paul Martin’s, Grimaldi’s, Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, Shake Shack, Flemings, Five Guys, Einstein Bros. Bagels, Chase Bank, UNIFY Financial Credit Union, Fogo de Chao, Bev MO, and Mother’s Market.
Repositioned a two story, 81,000 square foot manufacturing facility in order to house the National Veterinary Association (NVA).
Tenant improvement management of 1.0 million square feet of office space in an existing 4.0 million square foot portfolio.
Complete demo and remodel of the 22,000 square foot CBRE offices in El Segundo. Once in 2013 and again in 2023.
