The project was to create a client facing website for the Mortgage – LossDraft department. Also, worked on the internal application to improve user experience in terms of handling insurance claim and verify that new claim letters comply with investor regulations and that business rules are up to date.

Responsibilities:

• Work in an Agile team to collaborate with stakeholders to define, develop and implement Requirements of the External Website.

• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and interviews to gather and refine requirements for client facing website and SharePoint projects.
