Summary of duties:

SharePoint Migration from 2010-2016: Involved in migration processes from SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint 2013/2016 including the migration of intranet portal from SharePoint 2010 to 2016. Modified all three custom Master pages (Home, Default and Search) to be compatible and functional for SharePoint 2016 environment. Tasks included implementing error handling and ensuring consistency of search results and the functionality of user controls, Telerik controls, OOB Webpart, InfoPath Forms, custom html form, SharePoint custom Workflows in the new environment. Designed page layouts for SharePoint 2016 sites by applying CSS and JavaScript using SharePoint Designer2013.

Lead Developer in designing and developing Attachment A Dashboard: The dashboard was used by NIH/NIDCD to track seminars held at NIH. Once the request is submitted, it gets reviewed and approved by list of directors and executive officers. The DMS will benefit in tracking request and will help in reducing the use of paper and cost by making the process fast and completely automated. Developed a custom form using InfoPath 2013 that included custom rules, formulas and digital signature blocks. Developed a custom SharePoint approval workflow that routes the custom form and obtains approvals via digital signature prior to routing it to the executive officers. Telerik and custom CSS/JavaScript/jQuery were utilized for development and branding of the project.

Lead Developer in designing and developing Project Tracking Dashboard: Developed a .Net based SharePoint application to track all current, archived and prospective projects. The application utilized Telerik controls, custom CSS and JavaScript for the front end and SQL Server for the back end. The application was integrated with SharePoint by the use of custom SharePoint user controls embedded in a custom web part.

SharePoint Designer Branding: Developed new SharePoint 2016 Master Pages for the intranet portal. Built custom CSS to go with the new SharePoint 2016 master page. Created a custom DVWP Web parts which allow for the manipulation of custom properties via code. Created a custom Search box using JavaScript to search within the list. Developed customized landing pages and dashboards by using custom CSS and overriding SharePoint CSS class for collaboration projects in both agencies (OIG and NIDCD).

Lead Back-up SharePoint Administrator. Involved in maintaining/monitoring the health of the SharePoint 2016 environment. Configured search settings; custom permissions, site templates, quota settings and other administrative related tasks. Exposure with search and user profile services. Duties included resolving issues pertaining to workflows, InfoPath forms, web parts, context menu, and Site Permissions.
