Coordinated the transit subsidy program nationwide, working with DOT to ensure that requests, returns and vouchers are handled properly.
Served as Purchase Card Program coordinator nationwide, performing monthly audits of purchase card transactions, and conducting training. Negotiated and prepared contracts, purchase orders, credit card orders, and GSA contract delivery orders, for the acquisition or lease of required office equipment, furniture, consumable supplies, maintenance support, and general office services.
Coordinated the division records to ensure that the directives and the federal records matters are properly maintained in compliance with ATR directive 2710.1 and disposed of through the record scheduling process.
