This was a process re-engineering project which was aimed at improvements on the existing business process of how customers will select and qualify for available healthcare plans provided by Humana.
Developed and maintained detailed project documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, and use cases, to support system enhancements and new implementations.

This was a process re-engineering project and was aimed at re-designing the Claims Process and policy management within Allstate. Changes on the claims process also had an impact from a technical perspective.
The re-design of the claims process provided customers with more incentives and additional options on how to file claims. This further reduced call volumes and increased productivity of the customer service Agents.
