Vice President of Technology, Program Manager

●Led the migration of the entire technology stack from previous company to Favorite as part of the acquisition from Moonshot Innovation. Brought over the entire team and technology, resulting in no unplanned downtime nor loss of a team member.

●Created a new roadmap process to identify the company needs, prioritize the work, identify costs and ROI and propose a plan. Provided regular updates on progress.

oThis effort led to an uplift of our end user mobile application resulting in 25% higher usage immediately. Client portal was on track to go from 10% to 100%.

●Collaborated with C-Suite and clients to leverage data and KPIs to identify and solve strategic problems with technology. Then evaluate the effectiveness based on KPIs.

●Defined & delivered a technology roadmap with all features completed as expected. Included project planning, risk analysis, financial evaluation and resource management.
