Data translation and mapping processes for CHC payers were improved with the use of knowledge of EDI transaction sets (834, 835, and 837) to ensure accurate FHIR data entry. This increased data processing and throughput for the clients, which resulted in a 27% decrease in onboarding costs.

Created a risk-monitoring and alerting system for payers on the onboarding portal. As a result, the project risks were mitigated early, and client satisfaction rose by 30%.

Implemented training program for the onboarding team members on the Epic EHR modules and CMS FHIR compliance rules, which enhanced customer confidence and productivity and allowed the team to expand from 8 to 23 employees in just three months.
