Responsibilities

Operations. I also maintained all monthly checklists and inventories for the terminal. Daily, I set and monitored delivery appointments. I also arrived and dispatched linehaul drivers. I am very familiar with the outbound operation as I supervised it for over 1 1/2 years. As the inbound supervisor I have helped attain and maintain our key metric of stops per driver. When this became a metric for ABF,we were running 7-8 stops per driver with a goal of 10. We ended averaging 11 stops per driver. I have been a part of a team that achieved terminal record months in revenue several times. This same team has achieved ORs that maintain a profit at this terminal for the company. Education
