My responsibilities included scheduling, inventory management, and controlling labor and food costs to ensure profitability. I also focused on maintaining high operational standards and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Marketing was crucial in launching a brand-new Firehouse Subs location, as it helped establish the brand's presence in a competitive market with established sub shops like Togo’s, Jimmy John’s, and Subway. I implemented B2B mailers and personally visited local businesses, offering free catering and discounts to build relationships and drive awareness.
