HOW TO MEASURE:

Items Required:

- Non-elastic Measuring tape

- Pencil

- Mirror

- Thick book or small box

1. Stand with your back against the wall and your feet together. Stand up as straight as possible with your heels, back, shoulders, and head all touching the wall. Tuck in your chin and look straight ahead. 2. Raise the thick book/small box to the top of your head, and press it against the wall. Use the mirror to make sure the box is horizontal to the floor and perpendicular to the wall. Do not tilt the book/small box as this will cause an inaccurate measurement. 3. Hold the thick book/small box tightly in its position and slide out from under it, then mark the bottom of the thick book/small box with your pencil and use your tape to measure downwards. 4. If your measuring tape is too short to measure your full height, measure as long as the tape can and make another pencil mark on the wall to keep measuring until you reach the end of the wall. Add the individual measurements together to get your height. Note: The tape measures in inches To convert to meters, m = inches
