e) Establish protocols and procedures for emergency response and business continuity planning, working closely with the Emergency Operations team. Financial Management:

a) Develop and manage the facility management budget, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational needs.

b) Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency enhancements to optimize resource allocation.

c) Review and approve expenditures related to facility maintenance, security, housekeeping, and emergency operations.

Stakeholder Engagement:

a) Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including property managers, leasing teams, and asset management personnel,, partners, vendors, and key stakeholders.

b) Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors, contractors, and service providers.

c) Collaborate with tenants to address their needs and concerns related to facility management services.

Compliance and Risk Management:

a) Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards governing facility management.

b) Mitigate risks associated with facility operations through proactive identification and implementation of appropriate controls.

c) Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
