Material Synthesis: Experienced in optimizing and characterizing hydrogels using tensile and compressive strength tests, along with conducting in vitro biodegradation assays.
Molecular Techniques: Western blot, qRT-PCR, immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and flow cytometry.
Cell Culture: Proficient in isolating, purifying, and characterizing primary cells such as keratinocytes, fibroblasts, adipocytes, myoblasts, osteoblasts, and hepatocytes from human tissue, rat, and chicken tissues.
Cell-Based Assays: Experienced in Skilled in monoculture, co-culture, MTT assays, Annexin V staining for apoptosis, wound scratch and migration assays.
Analytical Techniques: Hands-on experience with FT-IR, TEM, SEM, XRD, and FE-TEM for material and sample analysis.
Animal Handling & Surgery: Worked on developing models for bone fracture, diabetes and tendon degeneration in rats and rabbits. Familiar with handling mice and Drosophila melanogaster, including oral and i.p injection.
