In the SAP FI module users are maintaining the different documents for income and expenses. Report process after the park document displayed in the Tree ALV report with FI year, Company code, and document type wise, also display the amount, GL A/c etc. Information. Report prepared for workflow process and checked by checker and approved by approver. Approver approve the documents from the report and that is POST and generate the online payment excel file and saved it in the SharePoint library. Other functionality is to reject the document, Cancel rejection etc. Few document types do not have the park functionality for this type of document prepared the Z T-codes.
