SIU-Special Investigator: I have been involved in both personal and commercial insurance Special Investigation roles nationwide for twenty seven years.
SIU-Special Investigator, responsibilities including specializing in injury, and property claims for personal, specialty, and commercial lines, that includes, staged losses, suspect injuries, fire theft, vandalism, cargo, agency/agent compliance and policy, underwriting, application-based investigations.
Excellent skillset in detailed reporting, written reports, summaries, live and virtual presentations, reviewing and interpreting vital documentation and information. Experienced interviewer, in depth recorded statements and conducting examinations under oath.
Field work includes conducting cold calls, live and well checks, surveillance, canvassing, locating vehicles and property confirmation, clinic inspections, and follow up with local businesses.
