Define and outline the goals of the templates and SOPs by understanding HUD technical monitor’s high-level requirements.
Identify the scope of the documents, including which departments or processes they will apply to.
Research into industry standards, federal regulations, and practices to the processes being documented.
Develop, test, and review the templates and SOPs. Incorporate feedback from HUD technical leads.
Maintain a version control system to track changes and any updates.
Templates and SOPs provide HUD with clear, consistent, and effective documentation processes that enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance with standards and best practices.
CDRL Creation: Assisted with the creation of all CDRL’s that were submitted to HUD. This entailed proofreading, editing/updating all documents, and entering content where needed. CDRL was then sent back to SMEs for final approval. Any further work that was needed was completed on a one-on-one basis.
