Working with mechanics, warranty, and supervision in order to keep the most up-to-date communication flowing to the customer.

•Meet or beat 95% percent of fill rate.

•Heavy interdepartmental communication with Schedulers, Buyers, Expediting, Pricing, as well as various outside departments and stockrooms to insure timely flow of inbound and outbound parts.

•Work to support Scorpion and Longitude programs as needed.

•Work to support Experimental and Exchange needs.

•Work with suppliers and AOG team as needed for ETA and purchase information.

•Address recovery for overdue P.O.s

•Align Cessna SAP, Lawson, Beechcraft SAP, and GAINS as needed.

• Manage and facilitate annual cycle count for stockroom in its entirety via SAP.

• Monitor, prioritize, print, and coordinate kit fill and spares production orders.

•Collaborate with different departments/stockrooms including, inspection, accounting and shipping to resolve issues.

•Perform routine duties such as receiving, issuing, and storing tools and parts.

•Unpackage received materials, verify accompanying paperwork and inspect parts, repackage for movement to the next area.
