●Designed and delivered blended biosafety learning curriculum for laboratory staff to include the personal protective equipment (PPE), cryogenic safety, centrifuge safety, biosafety, and biosecurity risk assessment.

●Programmed storyboards for linear, branched, and blended course formats creating engaging, interactive, Section 508-compliant online learning and assessments.

Training Media Program Manager Ga. Department of Transportation, Atlanta, Ga. 6/01-9/15 40hrs/week

Managed the agency’s statewide online- and video-based training efforts. Designed developed and delivered award-winning online learning, and training and instructional media solutions encompassing all forms instructional technologies including video-based, computer-based, and web-based training and instructor-led platforms. Initiate and manage interdisciplinary project teams, and work closely with subject matter experts, designers, and facilitators. Designed and developed course content and assessment instruments; course- level needs assessment; execute various information gathering techniques including interviews, surveys, focus groups, and research; analyze and synthesize learner feedback to pinpoint desired learning outcomes; and serve as performance liaison to stakeholders to assure goals are met; perform usability testing of end-user learning product; and design measurements to review and evaluate effectiveness of training solutions.
