Present My duties sand responsibilities include though not limited to maintain and repairing the following equipment: Liebherr T284

• Carry out preventive and scheduled maintenance services and repairs.

• Dismantle and assemble machines and equipments in line with manufacturer standard.

• Attending to field and workshop breakdowns and ensuring machines are available in good working conditions

• Troubleshooting and fault finding of mechanical and hydraulic system faults.

• Identify the highest priority for each day and focus on completing relevant tasks.

• Perform regular Inspection in order to detect potential problems before they cause breakdown.

• Demonstrate ability to work independently and largely unsupervised.

• Carry out maintenance and component replacements in all areas relative to customer/ site responsibilities.

• Ensure safety measures are adhered to.

• Ensure 100 percent availability of the machines.

•Correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.

• Correct use of hand and power tools.

• Working on Liebherr D9816 Engine for two years

• Have done two trainings on some engines

ENGINE EXPERIENCE

• I have done components change outs in D9816 for example Cinder Hend, Injector, valve springs. All power pack unit e.t.c

• I do the services on some engines

• I have done trouble shooting on every system, fuel system Electrical System, Lubrication System, Air system

• I know how to use Liebherr Diagnostic tool when trouble shooting

• I am able to know which components needs products improvement reports (PIR)

• capable of using special tools like endoscope, Belt tensioning tester, torque multiplier

• I do valve lash
