From September 2022 to date Rachel assuming the position of Personal Care worker whereby she is performing the following: -

Performing non- medical personal attendant services, including engaging the client in social, physical and mental activities, as well as monitoring the client`s safety and wellbeing inside and outside the residence.

Spend the majority of her time assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLS), such as supervising, feeding, and/or dressing the client, and the reminder of time on instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs), such as meal preparation for the client, driving, light housework for the client an, and medication reminders.

Following the client`s Plan of Care and maintaining a detailed record of services provided and any changes in a client condition.

Alerting the Client Care Manager or Staffing Manager about changes in client condition or incidents occurring during the shift.

5.3GOLDEN LODGE ASSISTED LIVING & MEMORY CARE

From June 2023 to September 2023 Rachel assuming the position of Caregiver at Golden Lodge Assisted Living & Memory Care responsible with providing Home Care Services for Seniors. From February 2023 to date Rachel work Independent in a client`s home, performing assistance with intermediate or instrumental activities of daily living and standby or minimal assistance with activities of daily living. Essential functions including status checking, turning and positioning, assistance with transferring, ambulating and exercising, medication reminding, grocery shopping and errand service and light housekeeping duties of areas used by client and or spouse.

5.6RALPH LAUREN COMPANY

From November 5 to December, 2022 Rachel assumed the position of Cashier at 00014 Store at Sawgrass Mills, Sunrise Florida whereby, she was responsible for processing and receiving payments and issuing receipts to customers as they leave with their purchases. In executing the role, the following duties were on her domain: -

Register sales on a cash by scanning items;

Itemizing and totaling customer purchase;

Resolve customer’s issues and answers questions;

Bags purchase if needed and

5.7THE PARLIAMENT OF TANZANIA

From April 2009 to August,2022, Rachel assumed the position of Senior Parliamentary Clerk responsible with the Administration of Parliamentary Services. She was also, required to participate in the provision of procedural, secretariat, research and administrative support services and function as Secretary to Parliamentary Committees.

However, in executing her roles Rachel was further relocated to The Parliamentary Committee for Agriculture, Livestock and Water. The other Committee Were Land, Natural Resources and Environment, Industries, Trade and HIV AIDS. The Duties and Responsibilities performed were:

To Provide Secretarial Services to Committees of the Assembly;

To Keep custody of Journals of the Assembly;

To Prepare Order Papers, Votes and Proceedings, Motions and Questions;

To Draft amendments to Bills;

To Provide advice to the Speaker and Members on Legislative procedures;

To Conduct Procedural Research;

To Conduct relevant research and studies for Committees in liaison with the Library and Research Department;

To collaborate with Government Ministries, Institutions and Departments on matters relating to Bills, Policies, Motions, Statements, Petitions and Questions;

To provide accurate instant interpretation of Rules of Procedure of Parliament;

To draw up the Order of Business for Committees, Organize Committee meetings and prepare reports;

To recording the actions and decisions of the Committees;

To perform any other duties as may be assigned by Management and

Clerk of the Table.

5.8INTERNATIONAL COMMERCIAL BANK

Rachel was assigned to the Position of Head of Human Resource Department from 2006 to 2008 in the role of guiding and managing the overall provision of Human Resources Services and Programs for the entire company. In so doing was to advice and to recommend to the Chief Executive Officer on all matters related to Administration Policies. The other duties were: -

5.9CRDB BANK PLC LTD

Rachel was assigned to the position of Bank Teller from 2003 to 2006 responsible with provision of exceptional customer service including transaction processing reporting to Branch Manager. In executing the role, the following duties were on her domain: -

To cash checks and pay out money after verifying that signatures are correct, that written and numerical amounts agree, and that accounts have sufficient funds;

To receive checks and cash deposit, verify amounts, and check accuracy of deposit slips;

To examine checks for endorsements and to verify other important information such as dates, bank names, identification of the person receiving payments and the legality of the documents;

To enter customers` transactions into systems in order to record transactions and issues computer – generated receipts;

To count currency, coins and checks received, by hand or using currency- counting machine, in order to prepare them for deposit or shipment to branch banks or the Federal Reserve Bank;

To identify transactions mistakes when debits and credits do not balance.

To prepare and verify cashier’s checks;

To arrange monies received in cash boxes and coin dispensers according to denomination;

To process transactions such as term deposits, retirement savings, plan contributions, automated transactions, night deposits and mail deposits;

To receive mortgage, loan or public utility bill payments, verifying payment dates and amounts due;

To resolve problems or discrepancies concerning customers` accounts.

To explain, promote or sell products or services such as travelers` checks, saving bonds, money orders and cashier` checks, using computerized information about customers to tailor recommendations;

To perform clerical tasks such as typing, filing and microfilm photography.

To monitor bank vaults to ensure cash balances are correct;

To order a supply of cash to meet daily needs;

To sort and file deposits slips and checks;

To receive and count daily inventories of cash, drafts and traveler`s checks;

To process and maintain records of customers loans;

To count, verify and post armored car deposits;

To carry out special services for customers, such as ordering bank cards and checks;

To compute financial fees, interest and service charges;

To obtain and process information required for the provision of services such as opening accounts, savings plans and purchasing bonds;

To compose, type and mail customer statements and other correspondence related to issues such as discrepancies and outstanding unpaid items;

To issue checks to bond owners in settlement of transactions;

To inform customers about foreign currency regulations, compute transaction fees for currency exchanges; and

To quote unit exchange rates, following daily international rate sheets or computer displays.
