●LEIDOS, 2022 to Present: Business Analyst/Product Owner/Trainer for SN Business Continuity Module: Currently, three years into servicing the Social Security Administration (SSA) with onboarding to the ServiceNow Platform, a highly skilled Business Analyst, Product Owner and Trainer skilled in analyzing business processes and translating customer business needs into IT requirements. Extensive experience in leveraging the ServiceNow BCM module, successfully trained SSA Component Teams on its effective use.
