Understanding the Business Process and the various processes like Sales process, Delivery Process, Billing and Returns process from client perspective.

Worked on Revenue account determination, Credit management.

Extended Materials to new sales Org. and distribution channels as required by the business.

Worked on Credit Management settings and tested end to end for all the required credit checks and automatic credit control.

Handling the Service Requests raised by users based on the business impact and resolving incidents with stipulated SLA timelines.

Interaction with end users through net meetings/phone/mails for resolving the issues based on severity level.

Worked on issues related to third party sales process and Intercompany sales.

Understanding the Business Process and customizing the various processes like Sales process, Delivery Process, Billing and Returns process etc.
