PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
• Under direct supervision of the Vice President for Student Affairs, helps create and maintain a safe, healthy environment that synthesizes the intellectual, physical, social, and emotional development of students in a holistic way.
• Manages the areas of Residential Life, Judicial Affairs, Title IX, and special projects.
• Support and attend all student activities including student sporting events, student activities, residence hall meetings, etc.
• Act as the Chair of the Enrollment Management Committee, assisting with streamlining the enrollment process through innovative technology and use of best practices in Student Services.
• Serves as Chief Housing Officer overseeing all aspects of campus Residential learning communities.
• Recruits, trains, and evaluates professional Resident Directors, Resident Assistants, conduct hearing officers, and all other housing staff.
• Develops staff training programs and information sessions for the student conduct process and for in-service development of all reporting staff levels throughout the academic year.
• Serves as the Chief Conduct Officer on campus, updating college documents such as Student Handbook, Consumer Disclosures, conduct forms, etc.
• Recommends and oversees the departmental budget and ensures compliance with applicable purchasing and
procurement policies and procedures.
• Serves as the immediate on-call professional for all on-campus situations related to students, whether residential or non- residential.
