Employment was through the Department of Veterans Affairs. Caring for elderly father with stage 6 dementia. Daily care was performed with emphasis on wellbeing. Regular doctor appointments made with travel. Medications administered, with meals prepared, laundry, cleaning, and shopping. Decision making for any medical and financial for family member.
Family Support Center-Human Resource Coordinator Oct 2017 -Aug 2023 This was a company that specialized in Behavior therapy for Autism. Started with the company hiring process for Behavior Technicians. Phone and face to face interviews done with financialization of hiring. Completed ALL tasks needed for any employee to come on board. Every two week was orientation with at the minimum of 10 new hires. Conducted background checks, New Hire Orientation, created work badges, employee files, and maintain all paperwork human resource related. Helped all current employees with any needs in Human Resource. Two Autism locations quickly grew into five within 3 years and I assisted in occupying the hires for those new locations.
