My current exp level is intermediate to mid level on the following skills & skills sets. Only two skill sets listed would I consider experience to be more in the growing pain area between leaving entry, finally fully submerged/blended in intermediate. • Often spend the day playing phone Tag with whomever was on the case as well. Be it the Judge, or courthouse, litigate, hospital, it could literally be all day. I thought I was good at juggling & multitasking before. After this I could do both without looking and both were doing complete opposite things entirely. I impressed myself. (You have to be your biggest cheerleader while you laugh at yourself in the same breath,lol truly me)
• Did begin studying to follow the path of the Paralegal, but alas the firm was moving and it didn't make me heart jump for joy enough to quit my full time job. I felt like it wasn't really MINE or something I helped BUILD.

Went from key holder to Management. Did everything from schedules to merchandising, to e-commerce, training, even acted as the stores OSR when we had none. CRM & B2C
• 1st position started April 2015 and held in our Sodo location. 3 months later I was a key holder . 3 months after that I was a key holder with matching & training responsibilities
• 2nd position began December 2017 held in our Covington location (we had been building the store since fall 2017, grand opening was December) this was considered 1st promotion to Assistant Manager. This is where I began to teach myself CRM systems. Self taught Salesforce & Bluebeam at the time.
• 3rd position began April 2020 held in our Federal Way Location. This promotion was to Manager. The store was down a minimum of 10% monthly and almost 33% quarterly. We were sitting pretty by beginning of exterior season.
• 4th position began November 2021 with a location added, not moved. Just given more responsibilities. Manager at Federal Way, Acting OSR for my store & Puyallup. AND oncall Manager for Tacoma when their Manager had a hospital stay exceeding 8 weeks.
• around this time my health was declining and I did not know yet what it was
• 5th/Final position January 2022 held at our Bellevue Location. I stepped back from Manager while I was playing Nancy Drew in the Case of the Medical Mystery. I kept in a lead role, trained OSR. Sadly the pain and symptoms were getting to be too much to handle or try to hide. I was no longer with the company late March 2022.
