Seeking a project management position at an established company that provides opportunity for growth; a highly motivated individual with a passion for collaborative problem solving and business process improvement.
I am currently pursuing my CAPM certification through PMI and will pursue my PMP certification soon after. While not my primary responsibility in my work history, project management became my passion starting in 2018, while participating in the launch of a new ERP system. My manager at the time recognised my natural talent and created many opportunities for me to hone my skills across the organization. ㅡ

Other Notable Responsibilities
● NetSuite Management Team: Our IT team was small when we launched NetSuite in 2019, so this internal team was formed to engage with employees and ensure their needs were being met by the system. My role on this team was to track and manage the team’s open tasks, acting as a manager to multiple small scale projects. I helped employees fully define their requirements, identified solution options, performed minor customizations within NetSuite and coordinated with IT and external partners (ACS, contractors) to achieve more complex solutions.
● Project Management Team: This team was formed in 2022 with certified PMP and our Director of IT at the helm. We developed a process for facilitating and tracking cross-departmental projects, developed a project management training course that was offered to all employees and provided tools, templates and support to employees managing projects.

Education SUNY Plattsburgh / Degree not completed
Aug 2005 - Jun 2006, Plattsburgh, NY
I decided to take a break after my first year because college is expensive and I had no idea what kind of career I wanted. A short time later, I landed a seasonal job at a fun company and discovered I had a natural talent for managing inventory and procedures. The company liked to develop and promote internal talent so I stayed.
