Resume:

ADRIAN W. VIGNEAULT

Wilmington, NC *****

703-***-****

******.*********@*****.*** www.linkedin.com/in/avigneault Attn: Hiring Director

My education and professional career have been anything but traditional, or the most efficient path. However, I’ve since come to realize that my unique journey has helped me gain multifaceted views and skills that help me succeed in my career and life. I started in the automotive technology trade, which taught me to take a systematic approach to solve problems. I learned to use a symptom to system approach - pinpointing the component at fault, diagnosing the cause of its failure, and implementing the solution. I use this same approach with business, finding skill gaps when developing learning programs, and consulting with clients to build or improve business processes.

What you may not gather from my resume is that I took the initiative to go back to school full time, and earn my associate and bachelor’s degrees, while I was employed full time. One of the benefits of working while attending school simultaneously was being able to immediately apply what I learned in a classroom to my work, instead of learning the theory long before real life application. My intense work and academic schedule also helped me discover that I work best when I am challenged, and I grow more professionally and personally as a result, with a servant leadership mindset. My professional career has ranged from taking an opportunity as an instructor overseas in Baghdad, Iraq; managing instructors, operations, and curriculum at a multimillion-dollar associations business academy; and consulting with clients and leadership on skill gaps and how to build their businesses learning programs and improve processes to increase revenue. My passion is working with people and their businesses to help them succeed. I am always driven and focused on my tasks and career, and I hope that what I have to offer aligns with your culture and needs. I recently graduated from the UNCW MBA program, with a focus of Entrepreneurship and Business Development at the Cameron School of Business to continue my development and passion. I enjoy the challenge and opportunities of project and program management and being able to pivot and be solution oriented when needed. Thank you for your time and consideration and I look forward to a great conversation with you soon. Adrian Vigneault
