Professional Summary
I have been a property manager for over 20 years, and I cant imagine doing anything else. For me, property management is more of calling than it is a job. I love helping new prospects find their new homes, as well as making sure the current residents feel valued. When I came across your opening, I felt compelled to apply as I think this could be a great fit as I am a self-starter, but also enjoy a collaborative culture where teamwork is encouraged. I would love to bring my experience to an innovative company such as yours and I look forward to having the chance to speak with you. Authorized to work in the US for any employer
Work Experience
Property Manager of Pegasus Villas 62+
Dominium Inc
July 2022 to Present
Managing 156 apartment homes in a 62+ senior high rise tax credit property in Dallas. A mixture of market and also 30%, 40%, 50% and 60% tax credit apartment homes. My position was eliminated when the property sold on September 25, 2023.
• Priority is maintaining all financial reporting, delinquencies, GPR and rent increases.
• I schedule all renewals, making sure that we are getting top dollar for the market rate apartments, while holding true to the limits of the tax credit units.
• I aid in processing the applications, as well as touring the community with prospective residents. I have maintained a high shop score of 96% on the most recent shop three months ago.
• I send all files to collections, as well as process the 10-day notices and the 30-day notices per the TAA lease. I conduct move ins, as well as stage vacant apartment homes.
• I also put together resident events every month which typically is a themed party of some type. The residents love the involvement that I place on the community and I love being involved just as much. One of my favorite events is NNO, along with the holiday parties, and brunches for the residents! Property Manager

Managed a student housing apartment community consisting of 370 bed spaces. Managed a staff of 8. Responsible for all financial reporting, overseeing aged receivables collections, overseeing marketing, resident events, maintenance and all turns. Obtain bids for major renovations or other projects on the property. Managed the summer turn of approximately 50% of the property to be done in the 2.5 weeks allowed for turn.
