Carrying out Occupational Safety and Health Promotion, awareness, and Trainings

Interacting with various regulatory bodies such Environmental Management Agency (EMA), SAZ, and National social security (NSSA).

Ensuring implementation and adherence to all SHE policy & procedures.

Provides leadership and manages the SHE functions within REF and sets organizational priorities.

Monitor and report SHE performance and propose corrective actions.

Responsible for identifying areas of improvement and creating synergies.

Responsible for sharing and implementing SHE best practices.

Responsible for ensuring all Project Sites meet local SHE legislation and statutory requirements.
