JOB RESPONSIBILIT

To act as a Safety standby in maintenance and other critical activities like confined space, height work, hot work, electrical work, excavation work, etc. and wherever PTW process is involved.

Capturing unsafe acts and conditions through “Daily Observation Report”.

Inspection of site for conditions (Height work, confined space, compliance. Of the various PTW hot works etc.). Before, during, and after the execution Check work permit system and notify any deviation from standard practice and get it corrected from maintenance team.

Support and also be a part in carrying out site inspections.

Carry out Scheduled inspection of machine and equipment’s like Welding machine, cutting set, Crane, Winch machine, lifting tools & tackles, ladder platform, machine guards etc.

Impart tool box talk and safety talk to workers.

Notify any accident / near miss and occurrences to the Management

Coordinate in conducting various safety programs and promotional activities

Implementation of SAP PTW module for safe execution for routine as well as non-routine maintenance work inside the plant premises.

Recording investigation and analysis of the fire incidents.

Carrying of fire safety survey and inspection for assessing the adequacy of the fire protection risk control measures.
