Worker’s Compensation – Including, but not limited to, file set-up and maintenance, billing, interaction and oversight of members of the legal and medical professions to minimize cost, effect settlements and maximize company benefit. This resulted in more efficient and effective case preparation for litigation as well as the overall organization of claims and eliminated the need for a third party administrator.
