In this position I act as receptionist and front desk agent for the training center and terminal in Jurupa Valley, CA. In addition, I act as MOD when no managers are present. I also answer the inspection, unsafe driver, HAZMAT, and accident reporting hotlines and take information from drivers calling in to report an issue or the public calling because they are reporting alleged unsafe driving. My first priority was always customer service. I advocated for the owners and acted as liason for the Board of Directors.
