Toronto, ON
Consultant to manufacturing and consulting firms. See highlights on Page 3
Industrial Engineer Budd Canada Inc. 1999

SOLD CONCEPT of safe investment for implementation of new manufacturing process and hydroforming process. Justification of payback from executive standpoint was given resulting in a $60 million investment.
Design Engineer Westinghouse 1989 - 1990
Hamilton, ON Co-op 4 Months
DEVELOPED new troubleshooting procedure to calculate seam whirl rotor instability from incomplete and vague initial procedure. (Warranty work)
METHOD clarified variable, utilized computer programming and created new methods to make the calculation accurate and complete and saved the company money. ($10K/day in downtime)

CAREER EXPERIENCE continued……
Mechanical Engineer Allied Signal-Garret Canada 1988
Rexdale, ON Co-op 4 Months
DEVISED from original primary research facts accounting for the advantages and savings of sputtered thin film I.C. technology over vacuum conventional process in terms of product, manufacturing, achievements and performances. (cheaper to manufacture)
SOLD CONCEPT, documents were put into a persuasive argument to direct engineers to use sputtered thin film technology and raising the price of the chip because of its enhanced quality.
Plant/Project Engineer Manville Canada – Holophone Division 1987
Brampton, ON Co-op 4 Months
ACHIEVEMENTS:
INITIATED and completed 6 cost-reduction plant projects. Designed a robot arm-machine to aid in material handling (subject to upper management approval) savings in 15 months pay back.
COMPUTERIZED schedule production runs and assembly parts list order savings approximately 1 man/year.
REDUCED packaging costs for finished products-savings 11k/yr. for one line only.
REDESINGED floor plan layout where safety and floor space were developed 30% area storage utilized.
WROTE paint line schedule to increase the plant’s production rate-broke significant bottleneck, saving in increase production flow. Changed order of colour, size done, and selection. Eliminated “hot orders” to bring back a normal flow (basically to take a pill).
Procurement Engineer H.J. Heinz Co. Ltd. 1987
Leamington, ON Co-op 4 Months
THE PLASTIC BOTTLE
Worked in the packaging department to determine various specifications of plastic bottles (containers) and statistically analyzed them.
WROTE a report on the new “plastic ketchup bottle” concerning the plastic thickness distributions and suitability for product with independent spec sheet of samples so executives could select bids on plastic production. Produced final convincing argument in analytic content for selection “of best” producer for executives.
Process Engineer Ford Motor Co. 1986
St. Thomas, ON Co-op 4 Months
UPDATED the plant’s floor plan layout on masters. Liaison with facilities Engineering World Headquarters in Dearborn MI, with respect to CAD/CAM updates. Completed floor plan 4-month project in 10 weeks.
INCREASED production rate by having worker walk up to the product on the line than waiting for product to come to him. Concept being reviewed.
Line Worker Chrysler Corp. Assembly Plant 1985
Windsor, ON
Given recommendation from foreman for good line work. B & W Department. Worked with crew of three rotating positions on door assembly (press machine).
HIGHLIGHTS
J.S.B. CONSULTANTS 1993 - Present
Filed patent application Dynamic Mold and Process Int. Fil# PCT/CA01/00329 Interchangeable divided die to aid in manufacturing the product in the mold reducing labour and increasing production rate. Margin of profit is too high putting most manufacturing plants out of business.
Invented the internet. Signed confidential agreement with IBM in the spring of 1993 in Toronto stating a one language system where computers can talk to each other increasing the sales of home personal computers
US and CAN Government economy plan sent. Helped the economy pull out of 1992 and 1993 recession by raising taxes and borrowing money to create jobs. This will create confidence into the economy pulling out of the recession. Investors will follow the government lead and start the economy to go back to normal. Benefits: Billions of dollars made for the governments.
Cancer Treatment Revised. Told Princess Margaret Hospital to work on preventing the growth of cancer rather than the cure of cancer making the cancer chronic. Surround the cancer with protein starving the cancer from consuming glucose. Story hit the front page of newspaper.
Y2K bug solved Change the computer date system to window an extra 88 months giving the programmer time to fix the problem properly. The date 12/31/99 will go to 13/01/99 instead of 01/01/00; sent to US & CAN government. May prevented launch of nuclear missiles ICBM.
Einstein Theory Changed E=Mc2 to E=Mc2 + I where I=internal energy when the electron moves from its orbital to closer to the nucleus it gives off light which is the internal energy. When the electron is in its closest orbital than E=Mc2 works. WE live in two time zones hence c2 if we lived-in one-time zone than E=Mc. This explains wave and particle theory and explains that you can speed up time for example people exposed to radiation can age quickly. Your half life does not prove speeding up time (time measurement). The theory of relatively needs to change the math of XYZ to (XYZ1 and XYZ0) two time zones with 3d space. E=M Energy can be converted to Mass (matter) c2 is simple natures’ yard stick (speed of light constant).
