• Manage and ensures the Department of Student Accounts consistently performs with a high level of customer service, diplomacy, and confidentiality, in following all federal, state and College guidelines.

• Continually strategize with other departments, including Enrollment Services, Finance and Information Technology, to operationalize sustaining student enrollment, especially during the Pandemic. o One key initiative includes administering a balance write-off process for all debt incurred during the Pandemic, amounting to nearly $7,000,000, significantly increasing enrollment as compared to other Community Colleges.

• Perform ad-hoc reporting analysis, to assist the Controller and CFO.

• Collaborate with others in various committees to create a more student-friendly experience, to increase enrollment.
