• Identified new methods of obtaining feedback that lead to improvements with a broad impact. Under my leadership, my division refined its methods of obtaining information and feedback from SLTT customers, analyzing the results and presenting them to analysts in ways that led to measured improvements in the quality of I&A products.
• Represented I&A in high-level analytic for analytic fora. On implementation of ICD 501 “IC Information Sharing,” I was I&A’s designated Production Steward and the approver of Authorized IC Personnel. I personally provide guidance to the PMD staff who attends every meeting of ODNI’s Information Sharing Steering Committee and its Analytic & Production Work Group. In addition, I supported the DU/SIA in her Sensitive Review Board member duties.
• Advanced relations with SLTT, fusion centers, and private sector. Managed the development of a new Regional Analytic Advisor Plan (RAAP) which strengthened ties by establishing 10 experienced intelligence officers as Regional Analytic Advisors to the fusion centers, sharing best practices and introducing tradecraft standards. The result is improved fusion center input to I&A products and better insights on crafting products for SLTT customers.
