Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar- Camp Bastian and Camp Leatherneck, Afghanistan – As part of an international consortium, this project assignment provided Construction Consulting and Support for the Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar; Camp Bastion and Camp Leatherneck development projects in Afghanistan in support of the General Contractor. During this project, Mr. Dovichi provided pre-construction Proposal Development assistance for new projects in the Middle East, including: concept of operations development; management plan development; cost and pricing analysis; participation in review team meetings and attend oral presentations when required. During this project, he also provided managerial and technical input, writing and leadership/proposal development support for management, cost and technical volume proposal submission. Turner – Austin Airport Team, Miami, Florida 2001-2006 Site Manager / Superintendent - Miami International Airport This project consisted of the removal and replacement of PCC Aprons for Terminals B, C, E and D Extension. Work also included new Construction of PCC / Asphalt Taxiway Connectors, Interior Roads and Tug Roads, Demolition of existing building structures and utilities, installation and inspection of new underground facilities, new terminal fiber optics above and below ground, extension of new underground jet fuel system, and support role for International and Domestic Baggage system, site logistics, FAA signage and lighting. $380 Million of the $1.8 Billion total expansion Civil Site Superintendent – Toscano-Dadeland Premiere Residences Managed all civil and utility aspects of mixed use condominiums, 26 story high-rise, and 397 residential units with retail space. Work entailed installation and inspection of new roadways and FDOT tie-ins, communication, electrical duct banks and embankments for FDOT Snapper Creek Drainage Rehabilitation, grading, paving and all civil disciplines. $115 Million The Carlo Corporations, Clinton Township, Michigan 1998 – 2001 General Superintendent - Orlando International Airport BP-294 South Tradeport Infrastructure Fed Ex

Project involved the design, permitting and construction related services for a 100,000 s.y. PCC aircraft parking apron, access taxiways and taxi lanes, roadways, utilities and related infrastructure. The construction work comprised of clearing, grubbing, excavation, embankment, disposal, drainage, grading, paving, landscaping, irrigation, utilities, airfield lighting, apron high mast lighting, signage, pavement markings, fencing, security gate installations, traffic signals and maintenance of traffic. BP-287, Northwest Terminal Support Area Cargo Apron Rehabilitation This project incorporated all elements of a new FedEx air cargo regional sort facility. The work included all on-site logistics, security, demolition, excavation, grading, drainage, utilities, fiber optics communication, electrical lighting, signage and Slip form concrete paving. Project entailed over 100,000 s.y. of 17 inch PCC Concrete slip form paving, major drainage culvert crossing, high mast lighting, fencing and gate installations, airfield lighting and signage, access roadway realignment and all associated turfing, MOT, and phasing work. $30 Million BP-197, Rehabilitation of PCC Pavement, Airsides 1 and 3 This project consisted of incremental PCC slab removal and replacement, slab jacking with Uretek chemical foam, and re-sealing of pavement joints on the two segments of each airside apron pavement. The work also included re-sealing and re-marking of the asphalt shoulders due to impacts from the PCC construction. Several small sections of PVC underdrain were also installed to enhance water removal trapped beneath the pavement structure at the asphalt shoulder interface. The project elements included all on-site logistics, security, demolition, excavation, grading, drainage, and formed in place concrete paving. Construction of Taxiway N Tampa International Airport Constructed new concrete taxiway “N” and air cargo facility, site security and logistics, demolition, PCC crushing operations, dewatering, all related underground utilities, fiber optic, electrical lighting and signage, Slip form concrete and asphalt paving.
