Senior Director Manufacturing Lancaster Site June 2024 -= Present

I lead the Lancaster, Pa site for Kellogg. This site has over 450 people, 30% of the company volume and is in a state of turn around. In this short period of time, I have established the KIWS methodology, problem solving, and sanitation work streams. We have established Safety committees, FixIt Sessions and over $15MM in capital projects for improvements. Culture turn around is what is center focus for the site as we will need to deliver 40% of the network this year with a projection up to 50% for 2026.

Wal-Mart

Senior Director Ecommerce– Multi Site - Pedricktown, NJ April 2021 – June 2024

I launched two new ECOMM FC(s) with diverse business models for Wal-Mart. In this new Fulfillment business model the goal was to deliver 145k new skus and $500MM in incremental sales. To date the site has delivered target quality and service metrics while beating AOP cost metrics by over 25%. The second FC was launched to mirror skus across the USA. This site will decrease delivery time by 60% to customers across the US as well as reduce transportation costs by $520MM the first year. The campus headcount is 1500+ associates and over $85MM operating budget annually.

Current engineering redesign of new FC created a $3MM OPEX savings as well as 20% productivity improvements for a collective $12MM in savings in 2023.

Launched a new business initiative of over $67MM in capital to decrease service delivery times by 40%. In addition, I led initiatives campus wide to decrease turnover by 152%

Pioneered and launched a new company business model driving and increasing e-commerce sales for the company in August 2023. This concept will diversify the product allocation across different fulfillment centers with the US division.

Launched two E-Commerce Fulfillment Facility with +700k s.q.f.t. and more than 3.6 million units in May 2021.

Built and executed the site strategy leading to the accomplishment of all yearly performance goals in FY2023: Service (OTD), Quality (Gross DPM), People (Turnover) and Cost (UPH).

Led AOP planning in FY2022 and weekly labor planning while guiding the team through multiple iterations of process improvement resulting in 19.2% performance improvement.

Partnered with the Transportation team to increase and diversify cut times and lanes while targeting On-Time Delivery optimization resulting in improving the OTD metric from 85% to 92% YoY.

Developed the single building VTO strategy and cross training plan to effectively deal with costs resulting from overstaffing. This strategy was instrumental in reducing labor costs and increasing site productivity by 19%.

Improved the Outbound department productivity (UPH) in FY23 by 26% YoY by means of innovation, engagement and implementation of continuous improvement mind set across the team.

Improved the Inbound department performance by 22% during FY22 after implementing flow design initiatives and structural action plans.

Led Washington Court House Grocery DC as a DGM responsible for over $2.4B in sales, 255MM cases, an operating budget of $76MM and 1001 associates.

Since November of 2020, we have increased productivity 15.5% with disciplined lean processes surrounding stabilizing staffing and profile/racking initiatives.

Led Bedford Grocery DC as an DGM responsible for over $2B in sales, 230MM cases, an operating budget of $67MM and 840 associates. In the first year via DMS processes we have on-boarded over 200 associates.

Led L‘Oreal USA Haircare Manufacturing: 280MM units a year split in 2 manufacturing locations, 24 production lines, 2 distribution centers, inclusive of Packaging Innovation, Purchasing, Logistics, and Development for Hair Care. Responsible for $2B worth of sales.

installing the largest solar project in Kentucky and utilizing hydroelectricity.

North America by 2018 by creating a biogas solution in partnership with a local landfill site. This solution is considered a breakthrough project in the industry and received several external awards as well as an Innovation Award from L’Oreal.
