I have been an integral part of the QA team of the enterprise platform, Gateway project, Specifically on Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) teams. As part of the MFA teams, I worked on multiple projects like PSD2, Consent Management, Consent Authorization, Trusted Devices, Biometric Authentication, Multi- Currency payments, SSO to third party vendors, Audit Reporting, Identity and Risk assessment, Implementation of PUSH notifications, Scan Code (Cronto Scanner), Security Key (FIDO2), and testing for various releases.
Responsibilities:
• Extensively involved in testing MFA authentication options such as SMS OTP, PUSH Notifications
(OneSpan), Cronto Scanning, Security Key (FIDO2) and Biometric Authentication, across the web and mobile (iOS and Android) applications for High-Risk Transactions (HRT) and Ultra High-Risk Transactions (UHRT).
• Conducted hands-on Functional, Smoke, Regression, Acceptance, End to End, and System Integration Testing; and reported, tracked, and followed-up on defects in a timely manner.

• Worked with geographically diverse teams to ensure 24/7 support for maintenance and Regression tests across all pre-production environments.
• Played an integral role in all Agile ceremonies to refine and point the QA efforts for Sprint Stories.
• As part of the MFA team, I worked on testing critical flows, including Login on web and mobile apps, Consent Login, New User Registration, Passwordless switch user profiles, and Profile Updates like change phone number, change password, and two step login verification.
