Job Title: Haelth,Safety, Environment and Quality Manager Identify any legal obligation concerning explosives management, including manufacturing, transport, commercialization, and use.

• To identify, enforce and support compliance all the applicable legislation (statutory and regulatory), including permits, licenses, and authorizations to operate, specially, those related to prevention of major accidents, and legal obligations related to Agencies, and Authorities

• To comply with and demonstrate commitment to the Sustainability Policy and GMS, as well as Life Saving Rules,
