Product Manager

With over 10 years of experience in product management, I’ve led the development and launch of innovative first-party mobile and web applications, guiding cross-functional teams through 0-to-1 product lifecycles and large-scale platform migrations. I specialize in delivering seamless digital experiences by aligning business objectives with technical execution—partnering closely with design, engineering, marketing, and operations teams. My approach is rooted in data: I utilize analytics and customer feedback to inform product strategy, prioritize features, and continually optimize app performance and user engagement. I’ve overseen mobile app roadmaps that scale across high-traffic environments, ensuring performance, security, and integration of emerging technologies, including GenAI. Known for stakeholder transparency and customer-first thinking, I excel at driving alignment, adoption, and impact across global teams.

Professional Experience

Product Management Consultant Apr 2019 - present

AT&T: Led digital product management for web and mobile Checkout to drive digital conversion rates for internet, voice, and wireless products. Analyzed Voice of Customer data daily to guide decision-making. Created a feature for business customers to be able to move their internet service. Worked with tech teams on API development and with UX teams on the customer journey, page layout, and A/B testing.

Sam’s Club: The legacy systems were inefficient, resulting in measurable losses for the business in both stores and online. The goal was to perform a complex re-platforming to a retail B2B enterprise SaaS merchandising platform, including intricate integrations, APIs, and third-party solutions. I created several data and reporting solutions, including an ETL design and a comparator that identified data inconsistencies. The team’s efforts led to meeting the 95% migration goal ahead of schedule.

Citibank: There was a need to manage effective business rules for overseeing activities, risks, controls, and monitoring the bank. Reporting to an SVP, I led the creation of a web SaaS product from 0 to 1 for Global Risk and Controls automation.

eBay: Following the dissolution of the PayPal-eBay relationship, eBay was required to manage its own Know Your Customer (KYC) regulatory procedures. I co-directed the transformation of the global managed payments and KYC initiatives onto new platforms.
