Experience: 11/99 - 10/24.The Real Estate Consultants. Office and Property Manager and Bookkeeper. I worked here for 25 years and we had to close the office due to owner's illness. Closed 10/01/2024. This was a real estate sales and appraisal office. My boss taught at the University and I ran his real estate office, took care of his rental property and his finances.
1983-1990. Pexco USA, 7130 S. Lewis, Tulsa, Ok. Research manager and Bookkeeper. I was the research arm of a United States Company owned by a Malaysian National We were heavily involved in the stock market and I researched industries and met with New York Stock Brokers. This was early in the internet age and most of my work was done by fax or phone. I sent him items of interest and did research on his various ideas. The Prime Minister of Malaysia (at the time) son was studying at Tulsa University and I oversaw his living arrangements, car, etc. I also gave his graduation party for the Prime Minister and U.S. Ambassador from Malaysia and various other dignitaries. We were also involved in setting up the Live Aid Concert in London. I am proficient in Microsoft product, Quick Books and Peachtree Accounting, Access data base, forms simplicity as well as MLS, Payroll. References upon request.
