EXPERIENCE
Granite Telecommunications, Quincy MA. — Premier Support Specialist IV
October 2021 - March 2025
As a Project Support Specialist IV, I contributed to a close-knit team of under 10 members, collaborating both individually and as part of group efforts to manage various projects within the company. On a day-to-day basis, my primary responsibilities included overseeing and managing projects for myself and my teammates, delegating survey calls, providing daily and weekly project updates, collecting customer service records for account managers, and supporting data collection efforts for group projects. Through this role, I developed strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, which significantly enhanced my ability to manage tasks efficiently and effectively.
In my role as a Level IV Project Support Specialist, I not only assisted my team with project management but also took on the responsibility of managing projects I delegated to them. I oversaw daily rotations for deployment confirmation calls, generated comprehensive data reports for various project types, and coordinated the distribution of assignments. I also assumed additional project support responsibilities, all of which required exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
N.E.S Solutions, Foxboro, MA. (Gillette Stadium) – Security
May 2024
I worked security for two consecutive nights for a concert at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, MA. I was looking for some extra work and found that security was needed for that weekend. I was part of a different group each night, so I learned to work well with various individuals. For my first shift I worked as a stairwell guard making sure the stairs remained clear during the concert, as well as helping anyone who needed directions around the stadium. My second shift, I started as outside metal detector security and then transitioned inside to stairwell security again. I gave directions to the concert goers, kept the stairwells clear, and helped check peoples tickets to make sure they were in the correct section.
WalkAPup, Salem MA. — Dog Walker/Trainer
August 2020 - August 2021
As a full-time employee at Walkapup, my daily schedule consisted of working with different groups of dogs within the daycare setting, as well as dog walking outside the office space. While in the daycare, I had various responsibilities such as: taking dogs outside for walks, managing playtime so that it was safe and fun for everyone, cleaning within the work space, and writing special report cards for each dog at the end of their play time. While on dog walks outside of the office, my responsibilities were very similar in that I made sure the dogs were safe at all times, walked them around town for their specific time allotment, and worked on practicing basic training techniques. I left this company to move to the South Shore.
Michaels Crafts, Danvers MA. — Cashier/Sales Associate
September 2019 - September 2022
As a part-time employee at Michaels, I spent most of my time working at the registers. I mainly helped customers with any questions they had, cleaning and making sure the front of the store was presentable, and handling the majority of store transactions. When not at the registers, I was on the floor handling the return of merchandise to its precise location, as well as helping customers find what they needed. I left this position after moving to the South Shore as the commute was too much.

VOLUNTEER AND SKILL EXPERIENCE
Event Planning Experience
While my event planning experience is not formally professional, I have successfully planned several smaller events, including an 80th birthday party and a wedding. In addition, I have played an integral role in helping to plan and execute these events. I have multiple references available from those I have worked with on these occasions. My experiences have equipped me with the necessary skills to organize and execute memorable events. Though my background may not yet reflect formal professional experience, I am confident in my ability to quickly learn and contribute effectively, with the drive to become highly proficient in event planning.
New England Aquarium Sea Turtle Rescue Internship
As a fresh post-grad from college, I took the opportunity to help rescue stranded sea turtles along the bay of Cape Cod. With the New England Aquarium, I was able to be part of this unforgettable experience helping hundreds of cold-stunned turtles. Within the 12 week internship, I helped 3 days a week with turtle examinations, veterinary checkups, feedings, facility cleaning, set up and shut down of every shift I was part of, as well as learn an incredible amount of valuable information about sea turtles and why they strand along the beaches of Cape Cod.
Northeast Animal Shelter – Salem, MA
For college internship credit, I volunteered 3 days a week at the Northeast Animal Shelter in Salem, MA. I acquired 140 hours throughout the summer of 2017 volunteering with sheltered dogs and cats. During this internship, I cleaned kennels and took dogs out for walks/playtime. I learned a lot during this time about basic dog behaviors and needs, all around cleaning and sanitization work, and communication between myself and my co-volunteer staff.
Girl Scouts of America
Throughout all my years of public education, spanning 2002 – 2015, I was an active Girl Scout in my community with the Girl Scouts of America. I achieved all levels of Girl Scout volunteering, earned many awards and recognitions through my time, such as my Bronze and Silver Awards. I am most proud to have earned my Gold Award as a senior in high school for collecting an extensive array of DVDs to turn into a movie library for sick children in Boston Children’s Hospital.
