I'm the point of communication on days the manager is on vacation I'm a big part of my partners development, I helped Kat be less doubtful in her decision making and building her confidence. I did this by coaching her on time management and deployment, praising her at every win and celebrating her wins with the team I brought out the best in our candidate from DORS, Teresa, I introduced her more to our partners since she was shy and I always made sure she felt included. I had great patience with the whole process of her training because I saw her potential. I was there for any questions she had. She really appreciated that I gave her opportunities to keep trying when some people wouldn't give her a chance so she thanked me. I made her feel comfortable to connect with our customers in the window. I watched her growth as a barista blossom Jonathan is a barista at governors plaza and was thinking about being a shift but wasn't confident yet. When I came to governors and helped out he saw how passionate and upbeat I was about bettering their operations at that store, he built the readiness to be a shift supervisor. I communicated the routines to him and showed him how to problem solve, explained to him how the deployment works. Now he is a mid shift and night shift at that store and is very happy he got promoted to supervisor.

I went over to west nursery starbucks to help out their morning shifts, they were experiencing struggles since covid lockdown but more of their problems i noticed resided in lack of environment and morale. The leads seemed careless and always late. Not providing the best mood for our baristas and customer experience or passionate about the company at all. So I communicated this to the SM, and we worked on the store environment by praising and checking in with the partners. And eliminating the drama. Now west nursery starbucks environment is positive and upbeat.

Being at different stores I see the value and importance of my role, by creating a welcoming environment that will bring us together, so we can achieve the same vision together as a team
