Communication is one of the main factors that directly impacts and contributes to the expansion or scale-down of any business. When an employee feels that he/she is being communicated too poorly or not at all, then this mindset will affect the way he/she performs while in production. No employer has a desire for their business to fail or not improve where profitability and production are concerned, it is therefore important for this factor to be delivered to all employees/agents within an organization. An employee is more likely to perform ten (10) times better being communicated to than not to have any form of transparency where the business is concerned, especially if this level of communication impacts them directly. Therefore, I am big on ensuring that every department within an organization is equipped and armed with all the resources and information necessary to carry out its duties and to perform outstandingly for the success of the business.
LEADERSHIP
I am a natural leader who believes in maximizing every opportunity being presented to me and seizing the moment to illustrate my potential based on the forum readily provided. Leadership for me means that I am charged with the responsibility of setting an example and also being the example of the set characteristics that I am striving to personify to others. To first be a Leader you have to understand the notion that it’s not always about you, nor do you have to do everything by yourself or be the brightest bulb in the room. Secondly, patience is one of the key traits that every leader must possess in order to be great at leadership. While a leader has been placed into a position of authority, it is only after exercising the technique of patience does he/she really hones into their skill and projects a better version of themselves while being placed into this capacity. This theory is factual as I have experienced these concepts firsthand and have proven that whilst there are leaders there is a unique art to leadership and I am great at this.
