Summary of Qualifications
Judith has been in the Information Systems support field for thirty-seven years. During that time, she has gained extensive experience with installations, upgrades, support and repair for both hardware and software. She has also been a technical team leader on sensitive projects and met her deliverables.
Judith currently has an associate’s degree in computer science and Electronic Engineering. In addition to her degree, she holds her CNA, A+, HP, Dell and Compaq certification. Because Judith has worked in field service for thirty-seven years, she has worked with operating systems from DOS 2.0 to Windows 98, Windows NT& 2000, XP and Window7,10,11, Novell and some Windows NT and windows 2012 Server. And has worked with all brands of computers starting with the 8086 processors to the current models. Judith has also worked with all types of associated peripherals, including printers; scanners, external and internal backup devices, CD-ROM devices, and has worked with wiring closest, punch downs and hubs. In addition, Judith can install servers and is competent in Novell versions 3.12 to 5.0 and Windows 2003 server.

Senior Technician-Field service.
Lan Admin Support for DTE Outstate group.
Maintaining computer equipment and other peripherals, through either break fix trouble shooting or through current End of Life project to replace aged equipment. Assist the various Depts. supported to acquire IT equipment that is appropriate for their needs. Assist other team members when needed. Has experience with working with AD, creating printer queues on server and server maintenance. And network trouble shooting.

VMIS Technician
In September of 2010 the VMIS Group pilot was created to support the MDT computers and associated peripherals used by field personnel in DO, GAS, and EFO field service. Judith volunteered for the group and has become proficient in the support of MDT’s, repair and installation of docking station equipment in the trucks and vans. She is proficient in trouble shooting the MDT and the other peripherals using diagnostic equipment and tools. She supports the 9 Service Centers in the northeast and thumb areas. During 2011 she was promoted to Senior Technician-Field service.
2003-2010 DTE Energy Detroit Mi.
LAN Administrator
In July of 2003 DTE Energy formally hired Judith to continue her work as a LAN Administrator. During that time, she supported 7 Service Centers, the River Rouge Power Plant and the Executive Meeting and Retreat Center. And spent several months with the IT Service Center phone support.
And began support of MDT computers used by field personnel.
2001-2003 Tek Systems Southfield MI.
LAN Administrator
As a contractor through Tek Systems, Judith was assigned to DTE Energy as a LAN Administrator. She supported 2 Service Centers. Her duties include full second-level desktop support and repair. Within that, she handled upgrades, and installation of hardware and software and managing servers located at both sites.

Associate Systems Engineer
As a Desktop Computer Technician team member, Judith did field service support for almost three years. She was then promoted to Assoc. Systems Engineer and performed projects for numerous O/E clients. In addition, Judith was awarded the O/E Quarter Award for exceptional service during the first quarter of 1999.

Field Service Technician
As a field service technician, Judith handled field service work for Data Systems contract customers for one year. After that, she worked almost two years on site at one of Data Systems largest accounts as a desktop support technician.
1988-1993 Apollo Computers/HP Houston, TX.
Field Service Technician
As a field technician with Apollo Computers, Judith worked on Engineering Workstations for the company’s contract accounts. When Apollo computers merged with Hewlett Packard. Judith was transferred to their desktop workstation field service and worked on all brands of computers and printers.
